 Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Provide confidential duties and overall office administration support to the Managing Director (M.D)

2. Screening and attending to telephone communication, handling correspondences and documentation

3. To Handle full sets of account

4. Familiar with UBS Accounting and Payroll Software.

5. Handle Accounts Receivables and collections tally with GL account.

6. Handle Staff Payroll and expenses claims.

7. Handle dispatch and courier matters.

8. Upkeep Office & Pantry Supplies

9. Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary


Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in the related field with 1 year experience

  • Ability in handling full sets of accounts is required

  • Proactive with strong initiative, good positive attitude, hardworking and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and reporting skills.

  • Hardworking, Multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.

  • Computer literate, competent in internet and MS Office such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
