Contact Centre Executive
(Permanent Position - Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To handle inbound telephone calls and to respond accordingly.
- To provide excellent customer service to customers.
- To ensure that all enquiries are according to agreed SLA.
- To identify and resolve customer’s complaints and issues with systems provided.
- To complete all necessary log for tracking and monitoring purposes.
- To perform ad hoc requests which is necessary to nature of job.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree holders in any field.
- Must be proficient in MS Office application.
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service/call- centre environment within the financial industry.
- Must be able to communicate (verbal & written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess positive attitude, customer first mindset and people-oriented.
- Must be competent in handling customers and their complaints.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
