Contact Centre Executive
(Permanent Position - Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
  • To handle inbound telephone calls and to respond accordingly.
  • To provide excellent customer service to customers.
  • To ensure that all enquiries are according to agreed SLA.
  • To identify and resolve customer’s complaints and issues with systems provided.
  • To complete all necessary log for tracking and monitoring purposes.
  • To perform ad hoc requests which is necessary to nature of job.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree holders in any field.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office application.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in customer service/call- centre environment within the financial industry.
  • Must be able to communicate (verbal & written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess positive attitude, customer first mindset and people-oriented.
  • Must be competent in handling customers and their complaints.  
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
