In view of our expansion plan, we are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- To plan, organise, implement and monitor the assigned project.
- To ensure that project executed in accordance with the contractual and Quality Management System requirements including quality, time and cost.
- Responsible for the daily operations at project site.
- To ensure the site activities is running according to schedule.
- To attend to site meetings.
- To resolve technical issues effectively.
- To ensure the site is safe and work according to quality required by client/ consultant.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years contractor experience, and with experience in highrise projects.
- Able to lead and coordinate work amongst the project team, sub-contractor and client.
- Sufficient knowledge of current market pricing/costing of construction work.
- Sufficient knowledge on contract administration and be familiar with standard forms of conditions of contract.
- Good working attitude, ability to organise, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to be relocated.
