The team of Leads and Analysts will initially be responsible for assisting in the transition and migration of financial transactions from the Asia Pacific offices. This would involve working closely with ERP team in the gathering of user requirements and subsequently support in the daily operational activities that include:

Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage a team of analysts to provide finance and accounting services
• Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Resolve transition/migration and daily operational issues in a timely manner
Requirements
• University degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications e.g. ACCA/CPA/MIA
• At least 5 years experience in Finance and Accounting, including 2 years of supervising an accounting team
• Knowledge and experience in SAP, Oracle or other ERP system and may have trained or guided others in the application
• External experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing engagement will be an added advantage
• Overseas travel on projects may be required from time to time
• Proficiency in English with good communication skill to establish rapport with users at working levels and of different nationalities
• Ability to engage and motivate individuals and optimize individuals strengths to achieve organizational goals
• Additional language skill (Mandarin, Korean, etc) is desirable
