Responsible to ensure that training records are updated & maintained for both operative & non-operative

Responsible in generating the process checklist and theory test paper for operators’ certification purposes

To track efficiency of trainees thru UPH Tracking Record for the identified processes.

Accountable to update operators training status in Operative Training Module via e-HRM
-
Responsible to perform self x-training as well as to assist trainers to develop the trainers x-training plan in order to fulfill the departmental backup plan

Perform periodic audit self-check on operative training system

Coordinate with HR Dept on Induction schedule and other internal courses to Operators.

Provide guidance in developing training material and training aids.

To be the backup for non-opt trg administration

To execute any operative & non-opt training improvement plans & leading the dept to meet the project objectives.

Become a mentor and display leadership qualities towards trainers.

Assist Training Officer in coordinating / implementing Non-operative training courses (internal & external).
-
Undertake other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
