| Job Description |

|
Formulation and implementation of sound training policies and procedures towards achieving the Human Resources Development goals and objectives of the company. |
|
|
Responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis from time to time to gauge the training needs of the company. |
|
|
Preparation of annual Training Plan and Budget and communicate to the relevant Heads of Department or Supervisors. |
|
|
Liaison and coordination of registration and other related functions with both internal and external trainers in implementing the various planned training sessions or public programs. |
|
|
Conducting induction program for new employees and other HR related trainings. |
|
|
Update Training Database and submission of monthly Training Reports and other relevant reports as required. |
|
|
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training and recommend the necessary improvements or corrective actions compliying to ISO procedures. |
|
|
Responsible for the publications of newsletters and news bulletins. |
|
|
Undertake communications activities for the Environmental, Health and Safety Programs i.e. campaigns, posters, alert bulletins, etc. |
|
|
Management and coordination of communications activities e.g. employees dialogue sessions, community services programs, Employee Suggestion Scheme, etc. |
|
|
Liaison with media on press releases, organizing press interviews, etc. |
|
|
Develop and implement the Company Communication Policy and Crisis Management. |
|
|
Organizing all HR related and company events. |
|

| Job Requirements |
 |
| |
|
|
Tertiary education in Business Administration / HR / Mass Communications or related disciplines. |
|
|
Excellent communication sklls (both oral & written) and able to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels. |
|
|
Planning and organizing skills. |
|
|
Proactive and able to work independently. |
|
|
Able to work under tight deadline. |
|
|
Experience in other HR functions like recruitment, Compensation & Benefit etc will be an added advantage. |
