Job Descrption:
- To deliver outstanding service to customers
- Ensure customers needs being attend to and provide necessary guidance in choosing frames/ lenses, simple repairs of the glasses if required
- Responsible to arrange and maintain shop display
- Take varifocal heights and pupil distance measurements for customers
- Key in customers information in the system, ensure records are clear and legible
- Reception duties such as answering the phones, booking the customer appointments, filling, completion of paperwork and etc
- Support Optician to ensure the Optical floor run efficiently
